I spoke with someone who gave me a log # (121492) to connect the ethernet
drop #E40-367-2. The wiring is there - it needs to be switched on.
I was told that I would be contacted by net-help to schedule this. Is there
a folllow-up email or telephone number to reach helpnet if I am not
contacted shortly.
