Hello,
Last week I emailed you about a kerberos problem I've seen
on chardonnay.mit.edu (18.55.0.33), a Sun SPARCclassic located
at 16-352-26.
When users try to log in at this machine, they get the following
message:
unable to authenticate you, kerberos failure 31;
can't decode authenticator ( krb-rd-req)
I spoke with someone on the phone last week about this. They
recommended that I log in as root and reboot the machine. I
tried this and the error message continues to appear. We really
need to get this machine working, and I'd like to schedule a
visit with one of you to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
I'm not familiar with the machine well enough to troubleshoot.
