Hi,
JJ, is someone (cluster?) sending mail to olc with hotline@mit.edu in the
from field?
If this is true, it would be best to have a valid username (e.g. a kerberos
name) in the from field.
Seems that OLC is rejecting the mail (invalid username), it sends a
rejected message to hotline@mit.edu (which is the from field of the
original mail), which gets sent to casetracker - who throws out the mail
for having "daemon" as the from address (an illegal username within
casetracker).
If you understand the above, well, I hope your having a good laugh as it's
kinda funny.
