an airconditioner in m38-370 cluster is dripping water on to the floor.

we received a number of notes/calls in regards to this since
last night
I just called at spoke to Pat at 3-1500 and requested that someone get over
there as soon as possible and that we get a
callback.
I had received vmail from Paul Motroni earlier in the week or late last week
stating that this problem should be all set and they were going to check
something else.

The B Zone plumber has determined that the drain line for this ac needs
to be re-piped. It has been transferred to the central Piping Systems
Team. I spoke with Jack Narcotta, who is the coach of the Piping
Systems Team, and indicated that this is a computer room and should be
responded to as a high priority. He has already dispatched a plumber to
respond today. I also stressed with Jack the importance of keeping the
Hotline informed. I gave him your email address and telephone number.
He (or a member of his team) will be keeping the Hotline informed of
their progress.
