ceres, fiber and ajax

The problem with ceres was that one of the rollers for tray 2 was not
seated correctly, and was thus not making contact with the gears, so
the paper wasn't actually feeding out of the tray.  I reseated it, and
the printer is fine now.

I also noticed that the paper width bar on the lower (large) tray of
fiber was set for 11x17" rather than 8.5x11".  I also fixed this.

The problem with ajax appears to be that the mechanism that switches
the paper feed between the duplexer and the upper output tray is only
half switching, and the paper is jamming there.
