Monitor problem

I have a 21" sun monitor (model GDM-20E20, MIT tag number 0326712)
which is displaying a heavily pincushioned image--so much that the
monitor controls can't help with it at all. My girlfriend says it
sounds like a bad flyback transistor. It's currently in my office
(E40-342d) on a short filing cabinet. I'd appreciate having it
repaired or replaced.
