i checked this out and the jam's are happening right before the paper
spits out on the top, it may be the whole exit area cover.

Hi John,
Good morning!
This is not an emergency since we have so little paper left - our new batch
will be here sometime today. The printer in the cluster has been jamming
and jamming. The reader says "internal jam". Anyway, I played with it for
about 5 minutes and every time I pull a piece of paper out, it warms up
then jams again and I pull the paper out again from the same spot. The
students in there told me it was doing it since yesterday.
I haven't actually talked to our RCC person yet, but I bet at this point
she can't do much more than I can. Oliver said he was going to talk to
Alicia so I'll find out if that's been done so her training can begin.
And guess what. One of the chairs is gone! Even after Oliver stencilled
them. I bet I find it during room inspections. I can't believe it but I bet
you're not surprised.
