Eric Cunningham called this morning and reports that tautog a sparc 4
was having mem probs, he tried reseating the memory but still persists
He called sun to place a service call and they told him it was not
under contract, I had Juan look it up and the DB does say it's not under
service but it should be. Marion is not around right now to rectify
this so I told Eric just to place the call with sun and if there was
any billing or problems to contact us and we would handle.
Also tautog only has 32meg talked to Juan, he already ordered mem and
we will ship down to Eric for the upgrade.
