There were four problems with ajax that I found:
1) A plastic part just under the toner cartridge was put in
incorrectly. The paper was simply running into it and crumpling
up. I fixed this.
2) Since this was happening just after toner was put on the paper, and
before it was fused, it caused a considerable amount of toner to
accumulate inside the printer. I vacuumed it out.
3) The paper height in tray 3 was not adjusted correctly, which caused
the paper to misalign. I fixed this.
4) There is still a plastic part from underneath the tray 1 cover
sitting on the table. It wasn't obvious to me how it's supposed to
fit in the printer, so I left it that way.
Regardless of #4, the printer appears to be fully functional. (Yes,
jhawk, I did a paper path test.) I've upped the queue again.
