Hi, I would like to schedule to do some work in this room for the a.m.
of Monday 8/24 8-11 a.m. to remove strainers for the fan coil units
above the ceiling. Recommend units are shutdown, drop cloths will be
used and water should be scarce to minimal at worst, with bucket to
catch all fluid.
Two out of four units above the ceiling have already been done, when the
last time we found the control actuators for the units had died and
replaced same. Removal of these existing strainers will alleviate future
and very potential problems which may occur. Re-insulating to be done
immediately after via Physical Plant's contractor for insulation.
