zip disk stuck

My zip disk is stuck in machine m12-182-4. 'mzip -e z:' isn't working.
I can hear some motor in the drive, but the disk is not ejected.
I'm going to be here for a while, so if someone could recoved my disk
while I'm here to get it, that would be great. Otherwise, email me and
I can pick it up from somewhere.
