Hello Dr. Gheorghiu
Thank you for letting us know about this situation. I will have someone get
over there as soon as possible. We may need to reload software on these
machines. This will wipe out everything on the hardrive. So, if there is
any information on the drive that you need please save the information and
let us know when you have done this. If there is no information you need
saved just let us know and we will begin to correct the problem. If you
could send that information to hotline@mit.edu, it would help expedite
service.
