Ops has a flakey power supply from an SS20 (sometimes the machine
turns on, sometimes it doesn't.) The bad PS is labeled and on the
same rolling cart as e40-spare-sgi, could you please get it replaced?
It can be logged to the following machine which should be under a
parts contract with Polaris:
