Naomi Schmidt suggested that I contact you directly to
coordinate changing the door combinations on the three
electronic classrooms we schedule: 1-115, 14-0637, E53-220.
As you may be aware, an unauthorized student was found in
14-0637 and indicated he had remembered the code from
last semester.
Based on the schedule of events, I would suggest the
following timing for changing the door combinations:
Room 1-115 Change next Tuesday, 6/22 or Wednesday, 6/23
The room is currently available all day both days.
Room 14-0637 Change any day during the week before 4pm
or on Saturday, 6/27 or Sunday, 6/28.
Room E53-220 Change next Tuesday, 6/22 or Thursday, 6/24.
The room is currently available all day both days.
I will need to communicate the new combinations to people
scheduled in these rooms. Can the combinations be decided before
you physically go to the room? If so, I would like to send an
email notification to the groups affected tomorrow.
If not, please send the new door combinations as soon as possible
to schedule@mit.edu. I will be on vacation for the next two weeks
starting Monday but I will make arrangements with another member
of my staff to relay the information.
