	Bias was reported as jamming at Tray 1.  I used some alcohol to 
clean paper dust off the roller, working now.

This HP was reported with constant jams. Have verified the issue. It appears
to be jamming at the feed registration area. Have spoken to Kyle (pcservice)
who will be looking at this HP on Wed. morning. In the meanwhile, the print
queue is now off.
