"neptune.mit.edu" in the EAPS athena cluster in 54-311 died.
It repeatedly cycling through the beginning of its reboot
sequence, getting a fatal error, and then repeating. We've
shut off its main power switch on the back of the computer
chassis until someone can come to fix it.
