Athena Workstation Does Not Work

Dear Athena Help,
I have an Athena workstation called Coldheart in Room 117, W-91. It had a
disk problem last week, so the Athena staff came in and rebuilt the disk
and OS. However, I still can not log in.
After I typed in my username and password, I got this message:
Workstation failed to activate successfully.
Please notify the Athena Hotline ....
I re-booted the machine a few times, but still could not get it to work.
After rebooting, it displayed in the console windows the following messages:
/etc/athena/reactivate: /usr/athena/bin/kdestroy: not found
No Hesiod information available for Coldheart
Can't find library servers
I'd greatly appreciate if you could fix the problem at your earliest
convenience.
