It seems that "tray 3" of the printer ceres in the W20 Athena cluster
is missing (physically gone).
Printer ajax's display window has said "warming up" for at least the
past 5 minutes.
(While I'm at it, printer python is calling for paper to be loaded in
tray 2, and I can't figure out how to open the tray.)
