To whom it may concern:
Someone was here to look at the keyboard problem on cheindy2 on Monday and
surprise it happened to work while he was here. As soon as he left it began
causing problems again and now will not work at all again. The SN for this
machine is 0080690972F5. If someone could come and replace it it would be
appreciated. Sorry to bother you twice but we might as well replace it since
it refuses to work properly 95% of the time.
