The phone link between pika and campus is down. The modems at both
ends act like something is wrong (with good reason). The current
speculation is that the phone line itself is the problem, and that NET
needs to fix what they broke, again...
I'm cc'ing this to hotline because people may call or mail cryptic
reports there about the network outage.
