For your information, we have been encountering a noticeable number of
system outages on our Octel voice mail system. These outages have been
attributed to the failure of the message disk drive. Accordingly, we
will be taking the voice mail system out of service on Friday, March
29th at 6:00 p.m. for approximately two hours. During the time the
system is taken out of service, the message drive will be replaced. We
have been assured by Octel that there shall not be any loss of messages
due to the replacement of the message drive. However, I encourage you
to delete all unnecessary messages that you may currently have in
storage.
