I don't know if it's your place or not but the staff at Rotch should have
their own printer that they send their jobs to. They probably do already but
they should be notified not to spool things from PC's onto the Rotch printer
(Pietro) because that is what's producing the 79 Service (8308) error. What's
worse is that when it doesn't print they don't dequeue, if the one job that
was causing the error was dequeued then everyone else on Athena down here
could use the printer. This is the second time in a month that I've seen that
same error.
