problem with new keyboard on dcl

Hi there,
Last Friday or Thursday, I recently got a new keyboard for
dcl.mit.edu (in E40-343) because my old one completely stopped working.
Well, the new one has a problem which has been getting worse over time
which is that the 'w' key is really tempremental. It won't activate
unless you press really, really hard. This makes it rather hard to do
any kind of extended typing on it. Would it be possible for me to
get yet another replacement keyboard? Thanks!!
