between 12:30 and 1:00 AM monday (Sunday night) both print queues were
downed using klpc, and wiht a message that indicated taht the cluster
was out of paper. JJ logged into both printservers from other
clusters areound noon on Monday. It seems likely that he was dealing
with other printers, but lpc dose not keep the same logs that klpc
does. I assume that the lpq output was one of the places you checked
for an explanation?
