Judy had reported the Thesis printer hung with a 79 service error. I have
canceled the hung dos job, and do not believe that the HP needed to be
power cycled. There were 2 more DOS jobs behind the hung job waiting to be
printed. When the hung job was canceled, the other 2 dos jobs disappeared as
well. This has acted much different given the same scenario for a 4SI.
