Hi,
I'm currently on a workstation in building 12 (M12-182-9)
and my CD is stuck in the CD-Rom, the door won't open.
I quit the workman program and pushed the button, but the
door wouldn't open, so I logged out and logged back in, but
it still wouldn't open.
When you find out what's wrong, or retrieve my CD, could
