Dear Brian and Jonathan:
As you are both aware Warren Scott has ordered the special fans for W20
for the chilled water shutdown on 3/7 (tomorrow). I believe he has
spoken directly with you about this Brian about making arrangements
concerning delivery date and time.

Gerry Desmond will take care of the fans for the shutdown for Bldg. 2 =
in
rooms 225 and 023.

FYI and if you have a question, please feel free to contact me.
