I've spoken with Judy and determined the problem to be with paper-tray 3.
I just got off the phone with Kyle, we will give PCservice one of the trays
from one of the 5si's in the staging rm to make repairs on Thesis and
PCservice will replace when they receive new tray, 1 or 2 days.
Please leave this in hotline untill we receive replacement tray.
