bias has been jam'n repeatedly for weeks now and still having
problems as of a few mins ago, I cleared a jam and it came back
Jim took a look at it a week or so ago and it had 1+million pages
printed.
this printer is to be swap'd out with a 5si, so it might as well
happen sooner than latter.
the Q is down untill swap happens
