Repair Information:

Symptoms:     No power to cpu. Fiddling with 2 power supply's show the same
            ------------------------------------------------------
Diags Used:   results. The power supply fan starts to move just slighly, then
            ------------------------------------------------------
              stops. Not even enough to turn the cpu power light on.
            ------------------------------------------------------
Resolution:   Awaiting a call back from an engineer to discuss the ordering
            ------------------------------------------------------
Comments:     of the parts in question. Also believe that the pwr supply/
            ------------------------------------------------------
            back plane issue, is causing the system bds to short out.
