M4-035-20: found with >>> prompt; won't boot - 2.. ?54 RETRY
M4-035-17: boots (all the way to xlogin starting), but won't
ping in, won't ping out. suspect network hardware
problems. don't know if power-cycling would cure it
or not, but rebooting didn't.
