I think you should read mail to hotline before sending notes like this.
On 13 Jan 1998 I sent mail to hotline indicating I'd done this,
as it was jamming repeatedly.
The following day (14 Jan), Kyle Pope (PC Service) installed a new
duplex unit and reported the problem fixed (again, to hotline). The
old was left on the ramp in the machine room, though...
Is python truly missing a duplex unit now? If so, I assume it's
been stolen (making it the second duplex unit theft I know of,
the prior one being ceres).
