both printers in blg 66 cluster, Pindar and Homer, have
a 79 SERVICE error. i followed the directions, turning the
printers off for 10 secs, then turning them back on
several times, but the error comes back.
basically, it runs the SELF-TEST, then comes up with the
green READY light, but starts to print and gives the
79 SERVICE error again.
