Good morning,
We have a printer that needs servicing.
It is a HP 4Si.
It is in Room 7-304 (Ocean Engineering Cluster in Lobby 7).
The paper jams when going under the fuser. I've tried
clearing it several times, changing the paper and paper tray,
but to no avail.
Looks like it could stand a cleaning, as well.

Sent a copy stating that the printer printed fine and that if it
does need service that we don't and he'd have to ship it out.
The printer is working. The name on this is rvc1.

Looks like I went to the wrong 7-304.
This printer named OE needs a user maintenance kit. This is a private
cluster so kurt Crake will need to supply one for us to install it.
Will notify him of this issue...
