machine malfunction

One of our machines in the 1.00 office in room 5-334 has been down for
a couple of days. On glo-worm, the screen keeps showing:
le0: auto-revarp failes: no RARP replies received
re-retrying boot configuration...
Shutting it off eventually returns to the same state. I can be
contacted by email (awalsh@mit.edu) or by phone at 3-3011, but I am
rarely there to answer. Someone will definitely be in the office on
Wednesday from 2:30 until late and Thursday from 11 am until the
evening.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
