Abby,
Yesterday afternoon, our technician replaced the Extron interface with a
new one and the workstation image is now displaying fine.
Last year, we had a run of bad Extron interfaces. Extron finally found the
problem in a transformer in the power supply.
The interfaces have been stable for a while but we have had 3 failures
reported in the past week (10-250, 56-114 and E53-220). We'll get them
shipped out to Extron for repair of the faulty parts. Unless there is
anything drastic to report on the repair of these units, we'll just replace
the temporary units when the repairs come back.
