Hi, The printer "picus" in E51-075 is jammed. It shows a message reading "13.3
duplex jam." No one (incl me) seems to know what to do, how to clear the jam.
I emailed olc and they sent the answer below.
Help!

Hello...
When you notice a problem with a printer, you should also notify the
Athena Hardware Hotline so they can repair it. They can be reached at
3-1410, or by sending mail to "hotline@mit.edu".
If a printer has a paper jam, you can report it to hotline;
alternately, if you are comfortable trying to cautiously clear it, you
can try to carefully remove the offending piece of paper. If you
clear a jam from the paper trays, you should also open and shut the
top printer cover to let the printer know the jam is cleared.
If a printer is printing a large quantity of garbage pages (for
example, if someone has sent a large binary file to the printer), you
should first try to contact the user listed as owning the job ("lpq
-Pprinter"), and if the user isn't logged in, contact olc. If olc
does not get back to you within a reasonable amount of time, send a
zephyr to -i consult asking if someone can remove the job.
