PYTHON PRinter getting into Paper Jam over and over again

The HP 5si printer "PYTHON" in student ctr W-20, gets paper jam
from tray -3 even after clearing everything. For some reason the paper
from tray-3 does not pull thru and gets caught.
could someone have a look at it. Unable to print anything.
Queue is clogged.
