Symptoms:     Sparc4 hanging/freezing due to Physical address errors on the 
            ------------------------------------------------------
Diags Used:   simm, and hanging under Solaris 2.5.1 with Athena 8.1.
            ------------------------------------------------------
              The simm had been replaced earlier today by a CSR, who over-
            ------------------------------------------------------
Resolution:   looked the 50 watt pwr supply that was present. Its quite 
            ------------------------------------------------------
Comments:     possible that this was the cause of the simm failure. Have 
            ------------------------------------------------------
              replaced with the 150 watt power supply. See Sun FCO on issue.
