Envy and gluttony have had disk errors for a while, gluttony to the
point where is was unusable. I tried to rebuild each of them before,
but when booting the installation media (TK50) I would get:

DEC was here today and reformatted both of the drives. While they did
have to boot their tape to run the reformat program, I still cannot
boot the installation tape.
