Attempts to access the source volume in the rel-eng cell hang forever.
This started after the 4 AM restart. On ajax, /usr/afs/logs/FileLog
contains many copies of this line:
Couldn't get CPS for AnyUser, will try again in 30 seconds; code = -1.
Access attempts do not time out. I've had some processes hung for
almost an hour (I've got the load up to 145 on one workstation).
