eos-13 "failed to reactivate successfully" blah blah blah.
eos-15 appears to be fine, but apparently didn't completely finish
taking the last patch release, so it might be a little bit confused.
My guess is that there was a network problem in 14 during the last
patch release and those two ended up in bad states. They should
probably just be reinstalled.

I went overthere and network drop 14-0637-11 line 2 is bad.
