printers down

Two printers in the student center are down:

	ceres
	ajax

both give an error like:

	tray 3 is open

But it's not.  I've opened and shut the trays, heard the motor running
to put up the tray, and the error stays.

Printing is slow as a result, since everyone is printing on other
printers.
