I went and attacked python, fiber, and ceres. All
of them seem to be printing fine now, I ran paper
path tests on the HP5's (which were jamming)
and self tests on the HP4 (which was ostensibly
low on toner), and found no problems.
python [41175] and fiber [??] had downed queues, so I upped them.
