Malfuntioning Athena Station "ghidora"

I'd like to report a problem with an Athena station and request assistance. The machine is a Sun Sparc Classic (name = ghidora) located in 56-453. Note that this station is not in a computer cluster.
The machine will not reboot, even when turned off and then on again. The screen appears white and repeats the following message over and over:
"le0: auto-revarp failed: no RARP replies received
retrying host configuration..."
