Hope I am sending this to the right place - the printer Bob has the
error message "13.3 duplex jam" - i opened the top and took out both
paper trays but couldn't see any paper jammed. The printer plato needs
toner - there is a big stripe of no text down the center of any page it
prints. Hope someone gets this because effectively both printers in this
cluster are out of commission!
