Printer Bob in m1-142 cluster - queue turned off

Don't know if anyone checked this out yet or if I am even sending this
information to the right place - but the printer bob has 110 jobs in its
queue, and when you type "lpq -Pbob" it says
"IO.MIT.EDU... Warning: bob is down: This printer jams when it tries to print.
Warning: bob queue is turned off
Warning: no daemon present
[bob daemon 10481 does not exist; restarting a new one....]"
it lists the queue then gives the error
message "This printer jams when it tries to print.
Warning: bob queue is turned off"
There is another printer in the cluster that is working fine right now so I
guess it isn't too urgent to get the printer fixed right away, but I thought
someone should know. Hope I am sending this information to the right place
