Printer plato is currently down (and unplugged)... However, the printer
queue looks like the following:
athena% lpq -Pplato
DEMETER.MIT.EDU... Warning: plato is down:

Warning: plato queue is turned off
Warning: no daemon present
[plato daemon 16027 does not exist; restarting a new one....]

If the printer is unplugged and the queue is turned off (I'm assuming
that these people were on the queue before it was turned off...), then
these people should be removed from the print queue.
