I cleared the jam 5 times, and bob immediately re-jammed itself
each time.

I've down'd the queue, with the message
 "This printer jams when it tries to print."

(I did not clear the queue.  The earliest job is from
Tue Nov 25 18:06:16, so perhaps it ought to be cleared...)



The most common place for it to jam was in the front, near the
paper feed.  To clear it, you flip the printer open, reach down,
grab the big green handle, lift, grab the small green tab, lift,
and remove the paper.
