There will be an outage of the sipb.mit.edu AFS cell on November 30
from 1-2 AM (i.e., this Saturday night). During the outage we plan to
have two of our three database servers up at all times, so the cell
should remain available, although users may experience timeouts
communicating with specific servers, and will find that some files and
directories are inaccessible during some portions of the outage
period. The purpose of the outage is to install a kernel modification.
